Bruce Meyer (left) Richard Munz (middle) and Jim Busby (right)... Richard Munz called me and asked me to photograph his experience at the Grand National Roadster show in Pomona, CA this January. After a day of photographing before the show opened, I got a phone call from Richard - he was stoked. Bruce Meyer was giving him the 'Bruce Meyer Preservation Award' for the work Richard Munz and Jim Busby did on the Chuck Porter cars. I think it is the best picture I have gotten that expresses the stoke these guys have for their cars, and their history. It is a real treat to be in the mix, even as simply a cataloguer of their exploits. Congratulations to both Richard Munz and Jim Busby.
